5. Make a new layel and fill it whit #a8d8ff Then set on Color Burn 62%
6. Layel-->new adjustment layel-->Color Balance
MIDTONES: 34,4,3
7. Layel-->new adjustment layel-->brightness/contrast
-18, -11
8. Layel-->new adjustment layel-->photofilter
COLOR #ffbcea DENSITY 31%
9. Layel-->new adjustment layel-->gradient map
use a grandient whose colors are FROM white TO black (it is default gradient)
set this layer to LIGHTEN 16%

select "AUTO" and you shoul have something like THIS

RGB output: 121 input: 9
Now your image shoul be ok... If you want to get your blacks darker
